It’s a thought was coming to my mind for several years, that How can we sustain our existence in the highly competitive market? If you check the records for the last few years, you will found only who had changed themselves with the time have done extremely well in the life and rest are struggling to survive. Needless to say it’s none other than the Information technology who has changed the life of human being completely. Earlier days it was an exchange of information only later on the information turned into product and people start trading on the basis of information.

Now think from a buying cycle, how it is happened. Let’s say you have product/service “X” with you for sale. The first step of the buying cycle is awareness of the product followed by consideration, research, purchase, and last stage is a satisfied customer refers to others. Each and every step is equally important to be a successful entrepreneur. Now the most important part of this story, today all these five steps as shown in the pyramid can be influenced heavily using Information Technology.
